Welcome to our weekly recap of stories relating to intellectual property (including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.) and entertainment law – art, animation, television, film, digital games, etc.   This week’s stories cover many issues including Chicago Hip Hop; Video game sales decline; Fashion Design Protection Bill; Raising money for film projects and the SEC; Trademarks and microbreweries; THR’s Power Business Managers 2012; “Rebecca” legal troubles continue; IMDb misuse suit; and more.
